When we first found out our Dottie was going to have a central line we went strait to YouTube. What do people do? What do we do when she starts to crawl, to walk?

Picking the perfect camera for our vlog
It isn't youtube if you don't have a tech review right? We had a problem. How do you we vlog more consistently? Although I have several capable cameras we needed a vlogging camera that both comfortable using, not too heavy, too big, can work fine on auto and doesn't cost the earth. #techreview #sony #canon #vlogging #dotalongwithus
Teddy's first trip out! Beach day In Oregon, in the winter, actually just to a church at the coast.
Road trip vlog! Teddy has been on a sort of house arrest because he has been in and out of the hospital so much. But we decided today was the day we are going to take him out and visit Megan's mom and check out their church. It was a lovely time where we got to meet some incredibly nice people who have been praying for Dottie and Teddy through all our recent trials. Hope you enjoy! #roadtrip #homehealth #familylife #downsyndrome #shortbowelsyndrome #lifestyle #sonya6400 #familyvlog
Dottie's Kinda Sorta Birthday Party What do you do when your child can't eat cake?
We just celebrated a little mini birthday party with the cousins. No cake was involved, and really we aren't sure if cake ever will be involved. How do you celebrate birthday's when you kid has short bowl syndrome and isn't supposed to eat sugar? Can you celebrate holidays without having the main focus be food? What does life look like? We would love to hear more from the community around us on what do you do to celebrate holidays when there are diet restrictions. And for those who are interested we shot with the Canon m50 again for this video with a few Halloween shots taken with the Sony a7III. #sbs #shortbowelsyndrome #pediatrichealth #dietrestrictions #holidays #birthdays #cake #parenting #birthdayparties #homelife

Dottie's First Trip To The Zoo (Repost from Oct. 14, 2019)
Our first trip to the Oregon Zoo With Dottie. Poor little Teddy was still in the NICU but we want to have a nice day out for Dottie with mom and dad. The train was her favorite. (Side note... since this time Dottie has asked to watch this video every day. Maybe because she gets to see herself, or the train, or the elephant but I am pretty sure most of the views is our family. Hope you enjoy!) #homehealth #family #shortbowelsyndrome #sonya7iii #vlog #health #pediatrichomehealth #catheter #liveyourbestlife #lifestyle #oregonzoo #chronicillness
